Communicating the Outcome of an Investigation
The Department of Education
The Superintendent will forward the report and his/her recommendations of the case to the Director of Human Resources of the Department of Education.
The Complainant
The pupil alleged to have been subject to non-professional conduct or his/her parents if appropriate, and the complainant, where applicable, shall be informed in writing of the outcome of the investigation
